Takahiro Yonemura, best known as CHEMOOL, first began working in sound creation in 1991 for various adult-oriented PC-88 visual novels and games. During this period, he created and organized the doujin circle Firecracker who were known for releasing PC-88 music disk collections that featured original music and arrangements of popular game music from that era. He also participated in many other CDs and collections from this period, including ACTIVE GAMERS, Synergy, and Unison LABEL. Yonemura is most known for his work at AQUAPLUS on the Leaf brand of adult games, where he worked for a short time from 1999 until 2002.

Since then, he has continued looking for work in the gaming industry, but ultimately settled on a blue-collar job while creating music as a hobby in his free time. He continues to produce music under the Firecracker label.
