Shigeru Fukutake worked on the music and sound for a few of Konami's games.
As per several of Konami's soundtrack releases, it appears that Fukutake was the head of Konami's sound department from around the mid-1980s until late in the following decade, after which he appears to have moved into a more general executive role at the company.
