Kazuhisa Mitani is a Japanese video game developer who worked at Crosstalk, and is the president of the company.
While Mitani was not a composer, he was a sound programmer.

Yoshio Kobayashi sent Mitani either compositions or arrangements he had sequenced, and Mitani programmed it into his sound driver.
