This page is for the Sengoku Mahjong (PCE) song, for more titles see Music 3.

Music 3 is the third of three selectable in-game songs in Sengoku Mahjong.

The song title comes from the VGM rip. Tomotsune Maeno should be contacted for an official title.

The song was composed by Tomotsune Maeno, and arranged to play on the PC Engine into Takayuki Iwabuchi's sound driver, possibly by Toshiaki Takimoto by entering the music in Music Macro Language on a PC-9801 computer.

Composition

The song is in the key of C, is in the 4/4 time signature, and plays at approximately 75 beats per minute. It is the slowest song in the game.

The first half of the song is led by an instrument that sounds like a pan-flute, with some synthesizer accompaniment, as well as a simple bassline. The second half is led by a harmonious chorus of synth strings. At the end there is a descent from the key of F major, and the song loops back to the start. There is no percussion in the song at all.
