Yasuhito Saito was born on March 15, 1967 in Sapporo Japan. He went to school for automotive, but ended up working with music. He started working for dB-Soft in 1985 where he composed games such as Woody Poko and Volguard II. He also composed the music for Zunou Senkan Galg, which even received praise by Koichi Sugiyama. After leaving dB-Soft around 1993, he started working at Data West in which he composed the soundtrack to the Rayxanber series, which were critically acclaimed. Around 1995, he left Data West and founded his own company, Parabolica. He later left Parabolica and game music to focus on his band.

Saito also operated SOYS Entertainment. He sadly passed away on July 18, 2024 from ischemic heart disease.
