Yasuhiro Taguchi (better known as Dougen Shibuya) is a Japanese composer, sound designer, and sound programmer. He originally worked at Square Enix (while they were Enix) and programmed sound drivers for them. He later joined Cube.
Taguchi currently works as a programmer for Nintendo.

Taguchi wrote a sound driver in 6502 assembly. The music used a custom MML format.
