XMI to MIDI is a simple command line DOS program that converts XMI files to MIDI files. This process strips the additional features of the XMI format, so don't expected the MIDI files to sound identical to the XMI files.
Using the program is simple, just pass in the name of the source XMI file and the target MIDI file. For example:
XMI2MID SONG.XMI SONG.MID
