Game Rip
HMI formated music files were extracted from W_SONGS (General MIDI-based files; unextended) and F_SONGS (OPL-based MIDI files; unextended) using JOETOOLS. The setup song used to test the properly configured MIDI playback device (named TEST.HMP; both HMI and HMP files are similar to some extent) and BNK files containing AdLib/Sound Blaster instruments are external files altogether.
GM music was recorded using Winamp's 5.666 plugin Nullsoft Disk Writer v2.18.
