Waltz of the Demons is played in E2M7: Spawning Vats, E3M7: Limbo, and, if Ultimate Doom is installed, on E4M5: The Will Repent.
Its internal names are "D_E2M7" and "D_E3M7". They, however, are not that way identical. The song version used for the level E3M7 has a more vivid bass string.
This track is not included in the shareware version of the game.
Doom (SNES)
The only level left to play Waltz of the Demons is E3M6: Limbo (on the screenshot), because there is no E2M7: Spawning Vats.
The tune is output to S-SMP and arranged by Paul Webb.
