VGMTool is a program that helps you create and maintain VGM files. It allows you to set the timing of the songs, playback rates, audio chips, GD3 tags, and even convert the older formats (GYM, CYM, and SSL) into VGM. The program also supports compressing and decompressing VGMs in to VGZs.
