Tyranthraxus Combat
Composer Seiji Toda
Released 1991-06-28

Tyranthraxus Combat plays during the final boss fight with Tyranthraxus, who has possessed the bronze dragon Srossar. It is the only time in the game the song is heard.

The song plays in the 4/4 time signature at about 160 BPM. The song descends up and down 5th chords chromatically for a sense of fear for the final boss of the game. The second part contains a solo loop from the triangle channel while the drum beat and square channels intensify before looping from the beginning. The triangle channel during the first half of the song has a melody reminiscent to that of Birdland by Weather Report.

The song was written by Seiji Toda using Music Macro Language. Seiji should be contacted for an official title.
