Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star is an English nursery rhyme based on the melody of the 1761 French tune Ah! vous dirai-je, Maman. The lyrics come from a poem written by Jane Taylor and published in the 1806 book Rhymes For the Nursery where it was simply referred to as "The Star".

Both songs are similar and they contain simple and complex renditions of the popular nursery rhyme. The tune is played on the SAA1099 chips in the Creative Music System.
