Title Screen plays during the title screen of Power Golf for the TurboGrafx-16. An alternate version exists in the HES file without its intro, but this is not used in the game.
The song was composed in Performer for the Macintosh by Daisuke Inoue, and was arranged in Takayuki Iwabuchi's sound driver, possibly by Toshiaki Takimoto.
