Tim Round is an English video game developer. He started off at Elite Systems as a programmer from 1988 to 1989. In 1989, he joined many ex-Elite employees at Arc Developments as a senior programmer where he worked on games such as R-Type II and Forgotten Worlds. In 1991, he and Stuart Middleton founded Eden Entertainment Software. There, the two of them created a sound engine for the Sega Genesis. In 1996, five years after the company's creation, he left Eden, and has since worked for several game development studios including Destination Design, Infogrames, and Slightly Mad Studios.

Today, Tim is currently the owner of Turbo Boing, which he has ran since early 2010.
