The Gestahl Empire is the evil Empire's theme. It plays during Terra's first flashback when we learn of her involvement with the Empire, during Kekfa's burning of Figaro, when a Returner tells about South Figaro being sacked, and in the city of Vector. The song is very similar in structure and sound to Troops March On, only slower.
