The SoundMan Wave MPC is a 16-bit ISA card which uses the Yamaha YMF278 (OPL4) chip. It features:
- 100% Sound Blaster emulation
- 100% Roland MPU 401 MIDI
- SCSI for CD-ROM playback
- 2 MB on-board memory for digital samples
- 44-note polyphony
- 4-44.1 kHz playback and recording
- 88dB signal-to-noise with line-in
- Internal ADPCM and CCITT compression
- Special amplified output for small speakers
- DA-15 Game port
