All sound of this game was taken from other famous game series: from Super Mario Bros. (NES), Ghouls 'N Ghosts (ARC), Spelunker (NES), Action 52 (NES) and Puyo Puyo (NES). Sometimes it's recorded sound from games (with bad quality), sometimes it's recorded MIDI files from unknown authors.

Releases

The game was released on Chiki's website on Geocities, where the first iteration was said by Chiki to be published on December 2007.

Historically, the game was known as Syobon Action in the English-speaking internet thanks to Kunrei-shiki being used in the game's original English-language HTML URL (which was formatted as syobon_action_description).
