Shigeru Fukutake is a Japanese composer, sound designer, and game developer known for his work with Konami. He is a graduated of the Faculty of Engineering at Setsunan University.

Fukutake joined Konami in April 1981 after seeing an ad in the newspaper of Konami seeking "sales of electronic application equipment". While his main role at the company was supervising the MSX division, as per several of Konami's soundtrack releases it appears that Fukutake was also the de facto head of Konami's sound department from around the mid-1980s until the following decade, after which he appears to have moved into a more general executive role at the company.

Fukutake is known for some of Konami's earlier arcade soundtracks such as Hyper Olympic and Megazone. In particular, he is known for the Name Entry music in Hyper Olympic, in which it took him approximately three months to create the tune. He also worked on TwinBee alongside his colleague Yoshinori Sasaki. When Konami shifted their focus to the Game Boy, Shigeru started working on titles such as Castlevania: The Adventure and TwinBee Da!!. As the years passed, Fukutake became less involved with sound at Konami, and more affiliated with the production and management side of the company. He also was involved as a sound producer of many of the company's soundtracks throughout the 90s. In the late 2000s, Fukutake started working on mobile game development.
