Shigeo Kihara is a Japanese musician. He helped develop the MacLord VHS player in Japan. He worked for Astro Music. Despite working on the same games together, he is not related to Ryoko Kihara.

He also worked on the CD SOUND NOVEL Makai Suikoden.
