Reyn Ouwehand is a Dutch composer and music producer, who was briefly a member of the Maniacs of Noise early in his career.

Ouwehand got his first home computer, a Commodore 64 circa 1986, and soon became part of the system's demoscene, which soon got him noticed by Maniacs of Noise founder Charles Deenen. He began working for the group at the age of just 16, initially assisting with sound effects, with his first full job as a composer being providing the soundtrack to Last Ninja Remix. After working on a couple of other games, Ouwehand left the group and the video game industry, largely in part because the market for Commodore 64 software was winding down, and he found working with the Amiga's sound chip too restrictive. He has since spent his career primarily composing for film and television, as well as conceptual albums, though has a small number of further video game credits to his name.
