Resident Evil: Gaiden in Japan (BioHazard: Gaiden Japanese: バイオハザード: Gaiden) is a Resident Evil game for the Game Boy Color developed by M4 Ltd. . And licensed/distributed worldwide by Capcom. It wasn't until 2001 that it evolved from the Resident Evil project (the game) to the same console, except that it already lacked restrictions and improved the curious gameplay (although another studio had already ported Resident Evil 2 to game.com).
The game stars Leon S. Kennedy and Barry Burton tells his story.
To stop the global operations of the small pharmaceutical company Umbrella Corporation (the culprit of Raccoon City), a secret organization of former STARS members and Umbrella employees... Barry Burton, accompanied by Leon S. Kennedy, spends his time in the organization to his plans to stop Umbrella. During a mission on the STARLIGHT ocean liner, Leon was searching for a bio-organic weapon being developed by Umbrella Laboratories, but communications were lost for 24 hours.
Barry has to save him from his STARLIGHT by removing the bioweapon.
