In Genesis port, Pounding Headache is only presented in sound test menu. Probably it's because GASEGA68K, game's porter, couldn't create second episode, but was ready to do this, so he arranged the rest of the music just for future.

Music was downgraded for YM2612 chip, used in Genesis, but programmer did a very good job so original YM3812 and this version differ only a little.
