Opus is a patent free, open source digital audio format using a lossy compression algorithm similar, but vastly superior, to formats like MP3, OGG, and AAC, and has become the official Internet audio standard format.
The format was built on existing free audio codecs by the Xiph.Org Foundation and standardized by the Internet Engineering Task Force

How to Obtain
OPUS files usually have to be extracted from a game's resource files, although they're sometimes left as is.
