Nazi Anthem is a remake variation by Bobby Prince on the famous Nazi anthem Horst-Wessel-Lied, Wolfenstein's title music.
The name is verified by in-game jukebox.
Composition
The song is similar to the title music, both arrangements of Horst-Wessel Lied. However, in this version, the song plays in the key of B♭ minor (as opposed to the title screen's B♭ major), and is led by pizzicato strings. Some soft horns accompany the pizzicato strings in harmony. The drumbeat is a simple repetition of a snare hit and a snare roll.

In Genesis port, Nazi Anthem is only presented in sound test menu. Probably it's because GASEGA68K, game's porter, couldn't create second episode, but was ready to do this, so he arranged the rest of the music just for future.
Music was downgraded for YM2612 chip, used in Genesis, but programmer did a very good job so original YM3812 and this version differ only a little.
