Mutsuhiko Izumi is a prominent composer for Konami's Bemani line of arcade rhythm games, holding the current position of longest history of an in-house composer still working on the series, having composed since Guitarfreaks (ARC). In fact, his main series has remained the GITADORA series, with his most prominent contribution being that he composed the "MODEL DD" series of boss songs for the series. He has also been a major contributor to the jubeat series, mainly between jubeat (ARC) and jubeat knit APPEND (ARC). He left Konami in 2019.
Before joining Konami, Izumi formed the band KENNEDY with Seiichi Fukami. Around 1989, Izumi joined the company, and as a result was a part of the Konami Kukeiha Club as "Roosevelt Izumi". He worked on both the company's home and arcade games such as Snatcher and Crime Fighters.

Note: only games where an entirely new song debuted will be listed. For example, the only song composed by Izumi that was added to the REFLEC BEAT series in REFLEC BEAT colette -Spring- (ARC) was Mirage, which had already appeared in jubeat saucer (ARC). Thus, REFLEC BEAT colette -Spring- (ARC) is not listed. This does not apply to games where a transplant song was rearranged, such as REFLEC BEAT colette -All Seasons-'s rearrangement of FIRE.
