Musicator also known as MCat is a sequencer originally released for DOS, but by version 3, the software was running on 16-bit Windows platforms, and as of version 6, 32-bit Windows platforms. The software is still available for purchase, but hasn't been updated since 2009 and requires you to supply your own drivers.
