MusiCart is a special SNES cartridge created by Chip Level Designs staff Lawrence Hiler and Mike Henry to help musicians make music on the SNES. It seems to use the SLICK/Audio sound engine used in many SNES games.
The source code for running the MusiCart is available, though it probably doesn't work without the actual MusiCart hardware.
