Minstrel - 1st Attempt (Ballad) is a song that is heard when you ask the wandering minstrel to play for you. He describes the song as a ballad. William Goldstein purposely composed the lute solo to sound as though an amateur were playing it, so it is off-key and doesn't keep tempo.
