Mega Man is a series of platform action games developed and published primarily by Capcom. Several spin-offs have been created from the franchise including Mega Man X and Mega Man: Battle Network, but the core series currently consists of eleven games.

The Meg Man series is quite popular in the retro video game music community, especially the soundtrack of Mega Man II (NES) which frequents favorite music lists.
