Masanobu Tsukamoto is a Japanese composer, sound designer, and programmer. He is known for his numerous works at Compile. He attended the University of Tsukuba and graduated in 1991. Around this time, he started working for Compile and worked on a great deal of their games. Though most of his credits are for sound effects, he occasionally did music. Later in his career, he started using the moniker "Motomi Wada". He later left in 1996 so he could be a freelancer.
