Masahiro Kusunoki is a Japanese composer, sound designer, and sound programmer. He is known as a member of the game music group Two Five, and has been working in the game industry since the late 80's. He worked on some of the Fist of the North Star series, as well as Idea no Hi. Before joining Two Five, he was also a member of T's Music. He is probably best known for the soundtrack to ESP Ra.De., which has been highly acclaimed. He had also released an album by Two Five called "M.M.I."

It appears Kusunoki left the game industry around 2000.

Music Development

Masahiro wrote a sound driver and wrote the music in assembly. Unfortunately, none of his NES songs made it to the western regions.

For his work on the Super Famicom, he used various versions of SOSDRV. Yokozuna Monogatari uses DBOOT VER1.03 by Opus. Mizuki Shigeru no Youkai Hyakkiyakou uses the XXX Driver.DB(1.23) SQ(1.28) version.

Like his work on the NES, all of the games he worked on were only released in Japan.
