Makoto Tomozawa is a music and sound composer that has been working for Capcom since 1993. He is known for his works on Mega Man and Resident Evil series. His first game credit is for Mega Man: Dr. Wily's Revenge (GB), but it is disputed, being only mentioned in the Canadian Copyright Office, with Toru Osada otherwise being primarily credited. According to his Twitter his first track was for Aladdin (SNES), being uncredited.
