This board is called the Software World Magical Sound Card on a Taiwanese sound card site. The sound card is a clone of the AdLib. Since the board doesn't have any company markings, uses a similar name "AD", and falsely claims stereo support, it is probably a pirated board.

Since this sound card is just a clone of a better known brand, it is unlikely that any developers ever targeted it directly.
