Locomotion is a faithful port of Locomotion: Kingsoft (AMI).
Unlike other ports, English and German versions were separately available. Own shapes were not officially supported, but you can modify the original 6 shape sets since they are in standard Advanced Art Studio format. Be careful though that the cursor remains visible over e.g. snow (the developer did not).

Music
Zsolt Szabó made everything on the C64 port, including following remix of Locomotion Theme. The sound effect driver is custom-made and also the only one to rattle louder as more trains are seen. Unfortunately, other sound effects are cut when a new one plays, so you might not be warned about new trains.
Recording
The bass goes through a low-pass filter and the trains through a band-reject filter, which sound different on every computer. The song was recorded in VICE 3.2 with 6581 (ReSID) and a bias of 300, around which both filters sound best, though how close that is to Szabó's C64 is unconfirmed.

Releases
The Commodore Format release is a demo with more concave intro pictures, a cross cursor, only game A, and an editor button which does nothing.
