Li-Cheang Ma (better known as L.C. Tchacvosky) was a Taiwanese video game programmer. He is known for self-producing several titles for Sachen. Most of the games he programmed, he also wrote the music and sound effects to.

In Hell Fighter, both Li-Cheang's real name and L.C. Tchacvosky alias are credited in different places, suggesting it may be someone else. However, in the secret credits screen for Magical Mathematics, the game credits "Ma Li-Cheang" with L.C. Tchacvosky in parantheses, indicating that it is indeed his alias, and that the credits in Hell Fighter may have been to throw people off or confuse them.
