In the DOS version, Level 2-1 plays in the same stages as in the Nintendo (E2M1, E3M2, E4M4, and E6M3). The percussion is much more vivid here.

The type-0 DOS MIDI file's meta data refers to the track as "NOAH03.imf", even though it is not an IMF file. This is to make it compatible with Wolfenstein 3D music engine.
