Kozue Ishikawa is a Japanese composer and sound designer who worked at Nintendo. She worked for the company from around 1994 to 2000, and mostly composed music for their Game Boy games.

Music Development

GB

Ishikawa used Hirokazu Tanaka's sound driver for The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening (GB), and Ryōji Yoshitomi's sound driver for the first Wario Land game. She then used a new driver for her other works either programmed by herself or someone else.

SNES

For Star Fox 2 (SNES), Ishikawa used a custom variant of Nintendo's Kankichi-kun sound driver, with that version being programmed by Yōji Inagaki.
