Keith Weiner is an American composer who worked on computer games for Riedel Software Productions. He also designed and programmed video games for the company themselves.

Keith Weiner wrote a utility to create either MIDI files or to be entered in assembly, using Mike Riedel's DOS driver, which only supported PC Speaker.
