Jonathan Miller was an American video game programmer, designer, and developer. He attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and received a B.S. for Computer Science and Electrical Engineering.

He programmed the GEMS with Mark Miller (no relation), Chris Grigg, and Burt Sloane, though he never received audio credits. However, he is credited with programming Genesis games such as Chakan: The Forever Man, Pink Goes to Hollywood, Spider-Man vs. The Kingpin, and Taz-Mania.

Unfortunately, on May 5, 2024, Jonathan Miller passed away at an unknown age from unknown causes. His passing was confirmed by his colleague E. Ettore Annunziata on X. From November 2017 up until his death, he served as the Chief Technology Officer of Hearts & Wallets LLC.
