Izuho Numata, formerly known as Izuho Takeuchi (竹内 出穂) is a Japanese composer and sound designer who worked for Sega. She started off around 1988 working on their Sega Master System and Game Gear titles, and spent a majority of her career working on the Sega Genesis.
