Intermission plays during the wrap up after you beat a level. The song uses a brass section, bongos, and congas to give it a nice jazzy sound.

Chex Quest (DOS)
This is the original Intermission song. It is named D_Inter in the WAD file, the same as the original Doom notation.
Chex Quest 2 (DOS)
Although Chex Quest 2 is a mod that uses most of the original media from the original WAD, the Chex Quest 2 PWAD contains a second copy of the D_Inter MUS file, even though it is identical to the first.
Chex Quest 3 (W32)
Chex Quest 3 contains the same song.
