Title Origin Game Location

High Score is an upbeat loop in the 8-bit home computer game Death Stalker.

After Game Over, if you scored more than the tenth high score entry, this song starts and you are requested to type your own entry. The song continues over the following high score screen. After 30 seconds, or when you press the SPACE key, the main menu and song follow.

Composition

Both arrangements loop six times in three different keys.

David Whittaker most likely typed into his driver's source code on an Einstein (a computer with the same CPU and audio chip as below platforms).
