Harumi Uekō is a Japanese composer and sound designer known for his work with Konami. He joined Konami's audio team in 1988, and as a result was a part of the Konami Kukeiha Club. He started off working on consoles such as the NES and SNES, but later moved on to their coin-op division composing games like Silent Scope. He is known for games such as The Legend of the Mystic Ninja and Gradius IV. He later worked on a majority of the BEMANI series like the GuitarFreaks and DrumMania games. He would also usually contribute a song or two to the Pop'n Music series. In 2012, he left Konami.

Ueko plays guitar, drums, saxophone, and keyboards. Together with Hideyuki Ono, he formed the ska band "Subtropical Maji-SKA Bomb.
