Harry Bratt is an American programmer.
In May 1981, he was attending high school, and in autumn 1983, University of Michigan.
Audio Development
Atari 8-bit
From 1982-08-28 to 1983-07-30, Bratt developed Pokey Player Editor in Atari BASIC.
Commodore 64
Starting in autumn 1983, Bratt developed Sidplayer Editor in Commodore 64 BASIC V2. It was superseded in 1986 by Craig Chamberlain's Enhanced Sidplayer Editor.
