Game Over plays when the player gets a Game Over in Vegas Dream. If the player is unlucky enough to lose all their funds, the staff at the HAI Palace casino give the player one final pull on the slot machine lever in an attempt to recoup their savings. If the player fails to gain any winnings, they are given a farewell by the HAI Palace staff and are shown the Game Over screen where this song plays. The Game Over screen shows the player approaching a plane to go back from where they came from.

The song was composed by Kuni Kawachi and arranged on the NES by Kazuo Sawa, using a sound driver by Hiroshi Yamazaki.
