Fukashi Ohmorita was a Japanese game designer who worked for Namco. He was one of the main sound programmers at Namco. Ohmorita and Nobuyuki Ohnogi are responsible for the sound programming for all of Namco's early Famicom/NES games. He has also worked for various companies such as Smart Systems, Creamsoft, and Game Studio.
Unfortunately, sometime in October 2021, Ohmorita was found dead. His cause of death is currently unknown.
Ohnogi created a sound engine that was later modified by Ohmorita to lower its size. The music was written in assembly.
