Don Veca is an American composer, sound designer and sound programmer known for his work with Electronic Arts. Don attended the San Jose State University and graduated with degrees in computer science and music. In May 1989, he worked at Apple Computer working on QuickTime, Sound, and MIDI until June 1992. Then, he joined Electronic Arts and stayed with them all the way until 2010. Then, he went to work for Activision where he still works today.

Don programmed a sound driver which used MIDI files.
For his earlier work, such as Road Rash II, since he didn't have access to Rob Hubbard's sound engine, Rob programmed music and converted his samples to same engine.
