Disaster as plays when Dr. Wright informs you of one of the many negative events. Depending on the severity of the event, the tune will start with one of two fanfares in the game. Minor problems like pollution and crime result in the "Problem" fanfare, while disasters like tornadoes and monster attacks feature the "Disaster" fanfare.
The recording excludes the fanfare, but you can listen to them in the rip, where they're labeled "14 - Problem.spc" and "15 - Disaster.spc" respectively. However, they still need to be isolated from the background music.
The title comes from the Nintendo Super Famicom Game Music compilation album, which includes the Disaster fanfare, but not the Problem fanfare. A piano arrangement of this song exists on the Nintendo Super Famicom Game Music ~ Fun Together With Beyer album.
