David Govett lives in Austin, Texas, USA. For eight years David Govett worked with George Sanger (the Fat Man) and Team Fat making video game music. He has shown his talents on several video game soundtracks both with Team Fat and his own solo work with his total contributions surpassing 100 games. He currently works with NemeSys Music where he helps design the GigaSampler and GigaStudio products. Outside of computer music, David has also been featured on movie soundtracks as well. Govett is also a retired US Marine.

David created MIDI files in Dr. T's KCS for the Atari ST. His MIDI files were then converted to .XMI to play in Midpak.
