Creative Voice Editor is a simple VOC editor that came bundled with the first Sound Blaster Pro. It allows the recording from the microphone, line-in, or CD mixer from rates of 8-44.1 KHz, in mono or stereo. It also allows modification of the more exotic aspects of the VOC format like delays, repetition, markers, and text.

The program is dependent on the Creative Labs CT-Voice driver, which checks for the existence of an actual Sound Blaster Pro sound card in order to load, though this can be emulated in DOSBox.
